Carefully restored stone house in Cerdanya, within the Alt Urgell region, in a small and beautiful village of less than 30 inhabitants on the entrance road to the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park and at an altitude of more than 1,200 metres.
The construction is made of natural stone and the interiors are made of oak wood, heating with accumulators, 2 fireplaces and perfect thermal insulation with the thickness of its walls, wooden ceilings and double insulated glazing.
It has 4 floors distributed on the ground floor with a garage and a magnificent wine cellar, the house is distributed on floors 1 and 2, as well as a totally open plan attic.
The floors are stoneware on the first 3 floors and natural wood in the attic.
All floors of the house have spectacular views both day and night, being able to observe the sky without light pollution.
