Beautiful and large town house in Almeria that belonged to the village doctor, with high ceilings, beautiful hydraulic floors and spacious rooms that testify to its history.
Small village located in the region of Tabernas, at more than 800 m. altitude with 1,200 inhabitants.
It is accessed by the ground floor of 213 m², first to a closed hallway and then to a covered patio with a "dome" that differentiates three parts of the house:
- The part that is on the right is the private one (a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms and a bathroom)
- The room opposite is the doctor's office

It is important to note that all materials are original to the nineteenth century:
floors, doors, interior carpentry, etc. The structure is load-bearing walls, wooden beams (some replaced by steel) and is recently renovated, the defects it has are at the level of finishes.
